The Petromin Express is operated by Petromin AutoCare Company (PACC) incorporated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and has its registered office in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The app features a loyalty program that is available free of charge and open for registration to any person over 18 years of age residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid Saudi mobile number registered under their name.

To create an account, the customer must provide the required information, including but not limited to: First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, Email, Gender, Car Make, and Model. Once registration is completed, the program will create the customer's individual account, which can be used to earn and redeem loyalty points.

Customers are eligible to earn loyalty points as part of their purchases and spending with Petromin AutoCare Company (PACC) and its group entities.

Currently, loyalty points can be earned and redeemed at Petromin Express service centers. PACC may, at its sole discretion, extend the program to include additional PACC verticals or affiliates such as Petromin AutoCare and others. Any such updates or inclusions will be communicated to customers through the Petromin Express app or official channels.

Accounts are valid for an indefinite duration unless terminated in accordance with these Terms. However, if a customer has not visited or availed any of the services at Petromin Express or any other participating center for 12 months, the account will be classified as dormant. The account can be reactivated once services are used again. Loyalty points on dormant accounts may be temporarily suspended and can be reinstated upon reactivation, subject to the program's policy. PACC reserves the right to permanently deactivate accounts that remain dormant for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive months, in which case all unused points shall automatically expire.

PACC reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any membership issued, refuse to award points, withdraw points, or refuse the right to redeem points in the event of any breach of these Terms & Conditions or in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or any activity deemed harmful to the program's integrity.

PACC may modify the way in which points are earned and redeemed, including the number of points earned and the value of these points, at its discretion. Updates to these Terms & Conditions will take effect immediately upon posting in the app or on our website. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By enrolling in the Petromin Express program, the customer unconditionally grants consent to PACC to collect, retain, use, and disclose information associated with the customer's membership or otherwise provided through the mobile app or to our program partners. All data collection and processing shall be conducted in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its Executive Regulations.

PACC may also partner with one or more providers of goods and services—including financial institutions, hotels, airlines, leisure, retail, and lifestyle brands—to provide marketing offers, opportunities to earn or redeem points, or any other related services.

All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access and use of the App/website. Your use of the program following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue using the App and request closure of your Petromin Express Account.

We may use the data collected to communicate offers from our brands and third-party partners. We may also collect, use, and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose.

We may use your identity, contact, technical, usage, and profile data to form a view of which products or services might be of interest to you. You will receive marketing communications from us if you have requested information, purchased goods or services from us, or provided your details during enrollment, competition entry, or promotion registration—unless you have opted out of receiving marketing communications.

You may withdraw your consent or opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our messages or by contacting us directly.

Withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of any data processing conducted prior to such withdrawal. Certain transactional or operational notifications related to your account may continue to be sent even after opting out of marketing messages.

We may use the data collected to communicate offers from our brands and third-party program partners. We will obtain your express opt-in consent before sharing your personal data with any company outside the PACC group or partnership network for marketing purposes.

Such third parties shall be required under contract to implement adequate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and lawful processing of your personal data in compliance with PDPL.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way.

We have established procedures to address any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator where legally required to do so.

You acknowledge that no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and while PACC takes reasonable measures to protect your data, it cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

We may also anonymize your personal data for research or statistical purposes, in which case the information may be used indefinitely without further notice.

Upon closure of your account or withdrawal of consent, PACC may retain limited information necessary to comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
